Donations
Donations may be made using one of the methods below:
- Grapevine - see info below.
- Check provided at meeting.
- Mail check to address provided via text/email announcing the winning charity.
Grapevine is being utilized to collect donations! Grapevine is a collaborative giving platform that’s designed specifically to help giving circles come together to collect donations, communicate, and collaborate more easily online. No more sending checks! Our online circle will allow our members to set up recurring quarterly donations, discuss upcoming meetings, and share photos.

Grapevine Disbursement Information:

- Visit the Grapevine site.
- Then click “Sign up to join this community” on the upper left side of our page.
- After you are a member you can set up your recurring donation (or one time if you’d like) through Grapevine.
- Donations should be made for $103.00 in order to cover the $3 service fee for Grapevine.
- You can make your donation any time between meetings. You may also set up recurring donations to save time in the future.
- Donation Options (choose one of these options after you have signed up):
- Automatic Quarterly Payments - How Much? $103 > How Often? Quarterly > Subscribe
- One Time Quarterly Payment - How Much? $103 > How Often? One Time (select from dropdown menu) > Donate
- Annual Payment - How Much? Other Amount (Select from dropdown) > Enter $403 > How Often? One Time (dropdown menu) > Donate
- Can't attend a meeting? Make your donation beforehand.
- You’ll get email notifications when we add a new post to the circle, so please make sure to look out for these and participate in our circle!

Grapevine Disbursement Information:
- Grapevine disburses donations to organizations monthly, once they've reached the processing threshold of $100. When we make a disbursement, we also send an email to let the nonprofit know and provide any relevant details. Grapevine has partnered with Social Good Fund, a 501(c)3 public charity (EIN 46-1323531), to facilitate all donations.
- Grapevine may request the W-9 form from the charity. This is an optional step to provide verification. The W-9 can be found in the Forms section of this site.
